Poor service from Samsung
"Had an issue with the sound quality on my first soundbar that got resolved by Samsung with a replacement (albeit, not an easy process). Then had a connection issue with the replacement that remains unresolved at this point. AO did everything perfectly and deserve 5 stars. Samsung service don't get more than 1 star. The product when it works is very good."

Samsung Soundbar Wont Connect to Bluetooth device.
"Bought this quite expensive soundbar as an upgrade for my TV sound but primarily because I wanted to use it for my bluetooth record Player.
Had to go away for a family emergency so only just tried it out. It will not connect to my record player via bluetooth (record player connects to Bose headphones, cheap bt speaker, cheap BT headphones and alexa).
Phoned for support and was told this expensive soundbar only supports wired connection to record player, not bluetooth.
Asked to return and was told because I'd used the device (how am I supposed to find it wont connect without using it) and because it's 21 days since order they'll only refund me 55% of the price.
I feel completely betrayed and I'm ever buying Samsung again. "

"Great Soundbar, the sound is clear and the supplied wireless subwoofer has good oomph to it, would definitely recommend, night mode works well and the smart things app integrates nicely to tweak the settings. The built in Alexa is great, I have the bug now to integrate everything possible. "
