Hoover Service Rubbish
"Never buy a hoover product the service is shocking! I brought an american fridge freezer back on the 28th March 2022 and it has broken down.
I called Hoover and the lady (Joanne) was sarcastic and was more interested in selling an insurance product than listening to me. £145 pound to get someone to come out and try to fix the product! It is only just over 12 months and 1 week old so find it hard to understand such a stance!
