It can be set for a specific time or be used on a pre-programmed setting. There's a small light inside the drum when you open the door which helps ensuring all the socks are removed. The towel setting has taken less than two hours to completely dry my half load - much less than my previous drier and actually DRY!"

Different way of thinking

"Getting used to it. Seems to do the job but a different concept in drying for me. Currently using it not plumbed in to anywhere as no suitable pipework nearby. It only has adjustment on front 2 feet for levelling if, like mine, there is a dip in the corner where it was going. Not explored its capabilities fully yet but will see if there is any difference on power usage on my next bill.

No details on 5 year warranty as advertised at AO supplied with item though I have bought the additional insurance "

Great choice if you want a heat pump dryer

"Very happy with this product. Uses much less energy than the 6yr old condensing dryer it replaced and performs better too. It runs nice and quiet and the operating menu is easy to use and understand.

I use the WiFi function to allow notifications on my phone (via the SmartThings app) when the cycle has completed, but this is optional and not something that interferes if you have no interest in using it (unlike other brands that almost force you to use their smart app).
