A bad door lock
"Having used the drier 3 times I have found it to be efficient and gives good results however the door has always been difficult to close on the catch which I put down to the product being new but when using it last night the door came open and the machine did not stop running, consequently the clothes ended up on the floor.
I contacted AO today and they were most helpful and get full marks for service, they contacted the manufacturer and we had a 3 way conversation, the manufacturer unfortunately cannot get anyone out until the 7th March although I am on the cancelation list so it might be sooner, I'll keep you updated. "

"Fantastic heat-pump dryer. Dries faster than my old condenser. Lots of features, easy to operate and is very very quiet when running. If your after a heat-pump dryer this should be high up on your list. "
