"It has better eco options than the Hotpoint it replaced, it's running much better than the older one, but as we live in a hard water area hopefully the daily calgon tablets will be more beneficial on this one, time will tell.

One very big plus is that it is very quiet in operation, even when it's at full speed spin "

I love my new washing machine!

"i genuinely love this machine. It is easy to use, cleans clothing well and economically. The most attractive feature however is that it is incredibly quiet when in use and damps any vibrations to a level where they are virtually unnoticeable. "

Long program times.

"The washing machine is very capable and appears to clean well. When used on a wool cycle the clothes were still very wet, like the spin cycle was not operating correctly. This is really just a case of finding the optimum program for the load. If you’re after a machine that washes quickly then this one is probably not for you, as the programs are long. Some are in excess of 2 1/2 hours, since the machine looks like it uses extra time carrying out the soaking process which in fact reduces the actual agitation time and reduces running costs."
