Unusually sloppy service
"I paid for the installation package, but after the washer dryer was installed, my tenants complained that the machine was not working.
My tenants had to call the manufactures helpline and they were talked through the process and it transpired that several plastic items and other such safety features were not removed, thus stopping the machine from operating correctly. This should have been known by the installation guys. "

Decent multifunctional Appliance
"Good product, I dislike the (openly advertised) bad energy efficiency rating of the dryer, especially when the washing machine has an okay energy efficiency rating.
Somehow you can't run a drying cycle without washing first, which is annoying when you have some bits in the wash you can't put into the dryer, but would like the rest dried.
Som programs also run insanely long - 8 hours for the cottons setting and a full drying cycle.
Fairly quiet though and good at everything else this far."

"Had this for a week now and I’m really pleased. The cotton wash is 4 hours though. 4 hours! But there’s a ‘mixed wash’ setting that runs for an hour. The spin is fab and the drum size makes all the difference. Nice and quiet too. "
