"I have waited years to get a new cooker, and when I found I would need a 55cm one there was very little choice. This cooker had all the features I wanted - plus a few I didn't know I wanted - and was a good price. AO's service was good, there were a few hiccups, as I was switching from gas to electric, and there were problems with our electric cabling which we didn't know about. However, everything was sorted out, and my new cooker has been up and running for a few weeks now. I am very pleased with it. It is a good quality product, and has features which have made life easier for me. I have arthritis and other mobility problems. The top oven is more than adequate for cooking for my husband and myself, and saves me bending down. I also have the lovely big oven for when family visit (and they do the cooking)! The shelves are very easy to move position, and have a good raised edge to stop dishes accidentally sliding out. The controls are clearly marked, and the panel is at an angle, which makes them easier to read, again without bending. I thoroughly recommend this cooker, and am now looking for a cooker hood - from AO of course! I'm a very happy customer."
