"The machine arrived from AO and was installed within 20 minutes. The installation was excellent and the dishwasher was operational! I set about uploading the app and connecting the machine to the wifi. This was much easy than I had expected and it was soon on my phone at the touch of a button. Allows me to operate the machine on a timer or at times that suit , for example as cheap energy window from Octopus energy or the like. Saving me money! I then logged in and registered the machine online for the extended warranty. Easy as you would expect. Next , let's get dish washing. The machine opened up has a slightly underwhelming cutterlry box , that was my first impression , but seemed ok size wise once we started loading. The program buttons were very simple and explained what program to select and was very clear. The machine stacked very well and the inside was soon filled with a lot of v dirty pots with some stubborn food stuff on them , Weetabix!!!! That should test its mettle! The first wash showed how quiet the machine was, I really did not know it had started, had to keep checking . The P2 finished after 2 hours 30 minutes and all the pots and contents of the machine were bone dry and spotless, a triumph! We have used the machine a few times now and all with the same first class performance as revolution , not an evolution in the kitchen, well done Haier! "
"This is the first Haier kitchen appliance I have tried, and I am pleased with it. The dishwasher replaced my old one which was still working but lacked a delay timer which I wanted to make use of my off-peak electricity tariff through the night. Setup was a little tricky. It was an integrated device, the plumbing in was straight forward but fitting the brackets on which attaches to the cupboard door was confusing and the instructions wasn’t as clear as they could have been, but we figured it out in the end. Also adjusting the height wasn’t straight forward and we had to manually screw the legs to increase the height because the wheel which is supposed to do it did not work. I suggest you do the adjusting before you stick the dishwasher in the space as it will be much easier. Once the dishwasher was in place it was time to play with the features. The dishwasher has lots of programmes on it but the only one I am going to use are the AI ones. These are artificially intelligence programmes which adjust the water, time and heat depending how dirty and how full the dishwasher is. This way your plates and cups etc always come out the best they can using the best programme it thinks it should be set at. This also saves water and electric as it will only use what it needs. There are other cycles on there, including an eco-cycle and a rapid 20 minute cycle. The programmes can be set using the touch settings on the dishwasher which is confirmed with the LED screen. You also have the option of using the intuitive Hon App which was easy to pair via Bluetooth and WIFI. It lets you customise programmes by adding things like prewashes, delay start or getting it to open the door automatically when it’s finished to optimise drying time. The app tells you when the cycle has finished via a notification and even reminds you if you have left the door open. The racks are adjustable to accommodate larger plates and pans and are easy to adjust. The dishwasher is very quiet; I can hardly hear it when it’s on. The filter is easy to clean. The cutlery rack is quite small, but the inside of the dishwasher is well designed to maximise room. I like the top rack wine glass holders which keep them secure and in place when being washed. Overall, this is a great featured dishwasher with modern features like WIFI app-controlled programmes, quiet and has great cleaning performance. It’s a great mid-range option which makes it good value for money, and it included a 5 year warranty. "
