Excellent washing machine, the one it replaced we purchased eight years ago it was used nearly everyday(honestly) that was a Samsung and that is why we have a new one, there are cheaper machines but l believe the Samsung is worth the extra cost.

Lasted 3 Years Only
"After purchasing it in May of 2021, the product unexpectedly malfunctioned in April of 2024, despite adhering to the guidelines outlined in the user manual and properly maintaining it, including regularly cleaning the filter. Given the price point, I had anticipated a longer lifespan for the product. Comparatively, my previous washing machine, an Indesit model, remained functional for over eight years.
