"Excellent AO customer service to start with. My order was replaced with this version of the washing machine just a day before delivery.
This machine is brilliant, runs very well. Altho' I don't like the long jingle it plays after the end of the cycle, and no way to turn this off.
The machine checks the load with its recommended weight at the beginning of the cycle. I can't be bothered to check the weight of my wash load - so not sure if that will damage or stop the machine from running ?
If you are in for some automation buy this :-) You can link with Alexa via Samsung SmartThings which can do certain stuff ( as reminder when the washing tablets are running low etc )"

Nuisance: supplied hoses are very short making it tough to install as an integrated unit if you need to get behind it. "
