Great washer

"Fantastic washer. It's a lot quieter than our old machine and has amazing AI options to tailor loads and same time or save energy. The auto-liquid dispenser saves time and effort too.

Only niggle so far is that if the cycle stops, i.e. accidentally paused/stopped, and it needs restarting then if you miss the AI prompt your wash might take longer due new weight (includes extra water) OR you spin and restart the cycle."

Great Machine

"Love this machine! Lots of wash options and my clothes look really clean and fresh. Easy to use too. I like the fact that the settings describe the load rather than having to decide on the temperature etc. (maybe all machines are like that now?) I've installed the app and can select the cycle from my phone. Also good to know when the programme is complete. I hadn't realised how bad my last machine was until I upgraded!"

Improved washing experience

"Lived with old washer until the drum died, this new washing machine seems to have another level of washing experience. Load tray with wash liquid and it takes what it needs. Different cycles to leave shirts less crinkled. Spin speed higher, clothes seem dryer - happy "

Very good machine

"This is an excellent machine. It's quiet and stores several washes worth of detergent and softener. My only gripe is that the two compartments in the drawer are numbered 1 and 2, but 2 is on the left! I mistakenly added softener to drawer 1 when prompted to top up."

Smart looking machine

"This is the first Samsung washing machine I've had but so far (only used it twice) its been good. Spinning my heaviest load of towels with ease. No shaking or wobbling machine like the last one I had, not Samsung. I found the lack of how to use the machine could be better instead of all the technical garb that comes with the machine as I only want to do my washing not learn about the technical side. Just a quick guide to the programmes and how to find them as the machine is touch screen and not a dial, unfortunately you have to search on line for this which most people like me find very frustrating and inconvenient, I just want to do my washing. Happy with it so far so not quite 5 star but I think I'll be happy with it in time."
