"The washing machine itself does a great job cleaning large loads and has an excellent spin cycle. It is extremely heavy, but that does mean it is very quiet and doesn't make the house vibrate. Unfortunately, the occasional small item (children's socks in our case) can get trapped between the door and the seal which stops them from being properly washed and spun. This doesn't happen every time, but enough to be frustrating.
The smart features do feel a bit gimmicky, but have actually come in handy as we can load the washing machine in the evening and then remotely start it when our energy switches to off peak. Also have no excuses to ignore it when it finishes, as my Samsung TV displays a notification when the cycle is complete!"
