"We bought this due to its eco stats.
But actually it’s too clever for its own good. My old washing machine with the knob was much easier to use. You could see all options available without having to scroll through all the electronic options. AND you could choose a setting but adjust the temperature. AND you could choose a setting but select quick wash.
Wish I’d stuck with ‘old school’. "

"This is the second Samsung washing machine we have had....the first one lasted 13yrs without issue, so we are hoping for the same if not longer with this model, one week following delivery and we are impressed with its look at it's so quiet.."

Amazing washer
"Great machine, lots of options and learns your customisations after a number of washes. Does take longer than old machine, but uses less energy.
Only downside is lots of the special washes (e.g. wool) limit capacity to 2kg!"
