"Had my last Bosch for donkeys years and even though it was still working decided to renew. Normally opt for white appliances but love this graphite grey colour. Have only used a few times, but can't believe how quiet the machine is, even when spinning, keep having to check I have actually pressed the start button. Plenty of cycles to choose from and the drum is the perfect size without being too big. Also came with free extended warranty for 5 years."

Pretty good but lacking a premium feel

"Pretty good but lacking a premium feel. I was expecting more from Bosch but overall it's quiet and cleans clothes as you'd expect/like. The first one delivered was damaged but AO sorted a replacement with no quibble. Other than the delay, it was well dealt with. 5 year guarantee is nice, let's hope it last double that!"
