Efficient, smart and quiet

Fair value but it could easily be better.
"Generally a good machine. Wash quality is good but spin dry leaves clothes more damp than my old machine. Maximum spin speed of 1400rpm is only available on some of the programmes. Not really enough versatility of options within the preset programmes.
Very quiet when in use and A rated for power, which is great.
Difficult to unpack as the base raft has a huge polystyrene block to support the drum in transit so machine has to be turned on its side to remove it.
Overall fair value for money."

First time not buying a better known brand
"It looks nice. True as of other reviews spin isn't as good as other makes I have had. It will easily fit a double duvet...just waiting for the weather to get better to wash one.
It does have lots of different cycles."

Didn’t do what it was supposed to do!
"I’m a little disappointed as It was a nice machine with a good range of programs available it’s just a shame that it developed a fault within 11 days of owning it! contacted A.O who put me in touch with the manufacturer who tried to blame everything but the real issue for the faults! Even when diagnosed having a faulty heating element by one of their engineers they still tried to blame how it was installed as the issue for the fault ??????????????.
A.O helped me get a replacement of a different model which is far better quality and works as a washing machine should do and quietly too I must add. "

5 Stars - I would recommend
"Pleased with this machine, I especially like the stream/allergy program. To be fair it’s the only one I use (customised with a 40 degree wash and a 1400 spin).
It is quiet.
Like others have mentioned, the spin is ok for a line dry in summer but you need a second spin (add 12 mins) for a decent dryness for indoor drying in colder weather.
The unpack instructions are in the booklet towards the end of the instructions- contrary to the sticker that says there are separate installation instructions- there aren’t.
I was wrong footed by this when I got the machine (Hisense customer services could have been friendlier and a bit more helpful).
Anyhow I self installed with no additional dramas.
Like most people I stick to the same couple of programs and it’s so far so good.
Plenty of choice for the program to suit you. Easy to use and a decent wash guide.
Wash seems fresher and cleaner with less detergent residue, so a bit softer. So, it’ looks like a good buy so far.
PLUS - laundry seems cleaner, quiet machine, good program choice
MINUS - spin could be better but you can double spin
