"We replaced our 14 year old Bosch machine with this model around 3 months ago.
We had to send the first one back due to noises coming from within, I will add that Hisense wanted to send out an engineer and that was going to take 3 weeks, luckily AO were on the call as well and arranged collection and sent a new machine the next day.
We use the machine via the app almost all the time and this works well.
The auto dosing works well and the cleaning performance is generally very good.
The problem we have found is the vibrations from the machine. Now I should point out that our laundry area is upstairs but this has never been a problem until we got this machine. There are very few things you can actually allow to spin at 1400rpm because the machine will vibrate so badly it'll end up moving and hitting the tumble dryer or door to the laundry cupboard. The vibrations are so bad it's cracked ceilings downstairs - newly plastered ceilings (last year) that were perfect.
I've fitted anti-vibration feet which have made some difference, I've also had to fit strips of wood to limit how much the machine can move.
I suppose the message here is a 1400rpm 12kg machine is going to be subject to the laws of physics, you have to dial down your expectations, especially with a towel wash which when wet can weight a lot more than 12kg so trying to spin that at anything above 800rpm will make a hell of a noise.
The old Bosch unit was good as balancing the load - for some reason this one just can't do that.
We will be relocating this machine to the garage on to a concrete floor, if you have a wooden floor pick a lower capacity machine, definitely not this one."
