Looks Good and Great Functions
"This machine not only looks good it also has many functions on the machine I’ve not had before. You wouldn’t necessarily think you need so many options, but reading the very detailed manual, you quickly realise how useful they can be.
After a short while of owning it I have found quite a few to be useful already and I’m noticing the difference in the washes.

"I didn’t rate this product at all. I bought it for the 12kg drum and was horrified to discover in the user manual that only two washing programmes will take a 12kg load, both requiring 4 hours to run. The other programmes could only take 5kg or less. AO customer service as excellent however and they arranged to exchange it for me. "
