"Exceptional service and a pretty decent product, especially for the price. Our more expensive model broke after only 6 years which I was disappointed in. Decided to try our luck with a cheaper model thinking it won’t be such a pain if this one fails early. So far, it’s just as good. Hopefully I get the same, if not longer, lifespan out of it. Love that there are loads of shorter cycles too which is much more practical with a family!"

"So far so good. Easily installed by myself just a case of connecting the new hose to the cold water supply. Removing the 4 transportation bolts & plugging in.
