Pleasantly suprised
"Such a quiet and responsive machine, does the job it’s set out for and more, easy to use, quick wash setting, drying mode are great, first time owning a 2 in 1 laundry machine and can’t fault it, replaced 2 appliance with one that sits away in the kitchen, only down side being, the hinges for the integration don’t line up with previous integrated model that we had, so bit of drilling and rehanging had to be done using 22mm Forstner bit but other then that, so far so good, Hisense have really upped the laundry game for the competition, not disappointing yet, 5 star"

"Wouldn't recommend! Leaks at the bottom of the door after only a handle of uses and Hisense insist on sending out a repair person which is booked in for over a months time. So even although I have just purchased a brand new washing machine I am left without one over the Xmas period. Terrible after care service."

Starts fine but build quality not up to it
"Had this for 8 months. Started ok but build quality clearly awful. Machine has progressively got noisier, the vibration is excessive. Have to spin twice as contents are still too wet after just once. The display is now only part working and even after using a washing machine cleaner it still smells like dirty water is trapped somewhere (plumbing all checked and flowing fine). Purchased a Hisense TV last year (wasn’t even looking to buy one but the price was so good I just bought it and put it in kids bedroom) and was impressed by how simple it was to use compared to the Samsung we already had and actually a decent picture. I thought/hoped the same would be the case with the washer, but no. Wish I’d paid the extra and got something better "
