Great freezer

"I wanted a freezer to replace my fridge freezer which had stopped working and as I already have a standalone fridge this was perfect for me. I purchased the matching fridge last year and both products have been great. As it is not as tall as a fridge freezer it is easier for me to reach and organise things. I am very pleased with my product. "

Does all that I could expect

"This hotpoint freezer was bought to replace a previous freezer of a different make. I am happy with the layout and the descriptions in the top of the freezer, which tells me the temperature and what is functioning. It is very user friendly and does exactly what I would expect.

My only criticism is that the door is very stiff to open and I need two hands."

"It is really nice freezer very efficient nice big drawers the only thing is the top 2 drawers are drop down flaps and you need to be careful when opening them although there are some spare lugs with them which is good "
