"This Under Counter Freezer looked exactly what I needed. I was so pleased when it was delivered the very next day. After 'settling' for a few hours I read the instructions and plugged it in. I am so disappointed after not being able to find the Control Panel as stated in the instructions. I eventually found them at the back and outside of the freezer. Such an inconvenient place to put a Control Panel. Why put it in this place? The instructions supplied with the freezer to not bear any relevence to the item as 3 different freezers are mentioned. Why isn't there separate instructions for the freezer that is purchased? It was intended to be sited in my garage and should be able to cope with Minus -15C. It's on Max setting and is struggling to reach Minus -8C. There is no light inside making it difficult to see what's at the back of the compartment. There is a drawer in the bottom compartment but no drawers in the middle or upper compartments. Why is this? More planning is needed for future freezers as I certainly do not like this one. Thank you for reading this."
