Stoves Sterling600MFTi Electric Cooker - Stainless Steel

4.6 / 5 (64 reviews)

 - A/A energy rating means it’s energy-efficient, so it’ll cost less to run than older models

 - The main multifunctional oven is ideal for traditional cooking as the heat rises inside – perfect for roasting meats on lower shelves and potatoes higher up

 - The second conventional oven is ideal for traditional cooking as the heat rises inside – perfect for roasting meats on lower shelves and potatoes higher up

 - The 4 zone induction hob uses electromagnets to heat your pans, not the surface, so it’s really safe & you’ll save energy too

 - This model’s measurements are 91.5 (H) x 60.0 (W) x 60.0 (D) (cm) – make sure you size up before buying

Combining British heritage with classic designs, Stoves cookers are the perfect addition to any country kitchen. So, next time you have the in-laws over for a roast, not only will this model cook your leg of lamb and veg to perfection, it’ll look the part too.

Product Reviews

Great cooker

"Still getting used to induction after gas but I am very impressed with the induction rings which heat a pan of water quicker than gas. The fan oven is brilliant. I am now baking things that would have been impossible in the gas oven. It is well finished and all the controls are easy to use. Also very easy to clean. "

"Absolutely fabulous!

I am so pleased with this purchase. It is a joy to use and I have no doubts about the quality or durability. "

Customer Rating:

not happy

"Not happy with this product at all! Do read the fine print of the specification doc. While the 'guides' for the hob are two different sizes the copper coil underneath is the equivalent across all four zones meaning you get hot and cold spots if you use a large fry pan that matches the 'guide' on the hob. Sneaky to put different sized rings on top and not have different sized coils to correspond. Have had lots of omelettes, pancakes, flat breads etc with a burnt middle and raw edge. Avoid if you like cooking. "

Terrible induction hob!

"Dreadful cooker! The oven does the job but the induction hob is absolutely awful! Settings 1-7 do nothing at all to cook food, they pulse on and off meaning food doesn’t cook properly, and trying to fry something is a joke as the edges of the pan don’t heat up. I wish I’d never purchased this. Stick with gas hobs or get a totally different design of induction hob. Stay well away from this Stoves one!!"

Best of both worlds

"The induction base areas are well adequate for all our pans, both ovens are very efficient and the fan oven browned the cottage pie to perfection "

Customer Rating:

Avoid at all costs

"I would rate this zero stars if I could. Firstly it is a few mil larger than 60cm - so we had to butcher our counter top to fit it in. Secondly, the induction hob is pretty useless, all the settings from 1 to 7 give out the same heat. Eight is needed if you want to heat anything up quickly and sometimes it still takes ages. There is a ridge at the top which fills with crumbs and is impossible to clean. I paid extra for the insurance to cover this and the oven has stopped working completely now and it turns out the insurance is a waste of time too. Avoid this rubbish at all costs."
