Some things better, some not so good

"I've always had Bosch so when my old appliance just wouldn't turn on - we had family coming in 2 days and really needed our dishwasher! - I looked up AO.com as I knew it would be here in time. I loved my old one so looked for it again but, alas, things move on. So, I found what I thought was the closest. I loved the cutlery drawer on the top of my old one but I couldn't find it so now have got a basket again. I loved the quietness of the old one and, happily, this new one is just as quiet, maybe even quieter. When the old one was getting full, we could almost close the door but not click it shut. This one hangs open about two or three inches, sticking out into the room so it has to be tightly shut at all times. I'm sure we'll get used to the controls in time but it seems more complicated than the last.

It was easy for my son to install and it uses less water. It looks good and no complaints with the way it washes and dries. All in all, some things are better and some things aren't, but I'm sure we'll get used to it in time. "
