"The design is sublime. I have only made a cookie to test, it needs more testing as I am used to a gas oven, I feel that with the electric it does not heat as much, and also I am new to convection heating, the recipe required a temperature adjust."

"Beautiful cooker. Vintage controls a little hard to use as you can’t always see where the dial is pointing but that’s a thing you’ll get used to. Oven is powerful and has multiple settings. Would recommend "
