Very disappointed

"We purchased this to replace an 20 year old Samsung American fridge freezer that had worked perfectly for it's entire life. Sadly this product is significantly inferior. Within 24 hours the ice stopped working. I contacted Hisense who arranged to send an engineer. They cancelled the visit due to sickness and the next visit was going to be a week later. Since ice mechanism appeared to be working I suspected that the pipe supplying the water to the ice box was frozen so decided to defrost the freezer. This worked and we had ice for two days until it froze again. Defrosting the freezer worked again and we had ice for a few days. Unfortunately the ice then got stuck in the machine instead of dispensing. Because the ice bucket has gaps the churned up ice deposits itself inside the freezer. Clearing it out caused a mess and frankly I wish I hadn't chosen this freezer and ultimately you get what you pay for. "

Great Product but fittings may not match your plumbing.

"Very Happy with the product, its not a brand we would have 1st thought of but needing immediate delivery narrowed our options. Its nice and quiet, the ice machine fills really quickly but does jamb a little when too full and the water comes out quickly.

The inside is very well set out and the kids love the small door on the front.

Both Fridge & freezer sides and door shelves hold a large amounts and the wine rack is an added bonus for my wife.

All in all we're glad we chose this item and AO delivered on time.
