"Replaced a Hotpoint future 175. No quite as tall but seems to hold as much.

We love the clever door handle which automatically breaks the seal without having to yank at it so hopefully this will make it last a lot longer. It seems to keep the food evenly cool without it freezing. Love the extra draw.

All in all very happy. Can't think of any down sides."

Hi Sense makes such good sense

Also Door Handle Issue

"The other review with door handle is exact sane as us... Bought in last few days of February and handle spring broke in early June. Hisense customer service are a nightmare to deal with. Had to go through a 3 way call with AO & Hisense to discuss the fault. Following that i had to record a video of the fault and send to them... following that, received a cheeky email from Hisense blaming the fault on 'improper use'... (bamboozled us)... but as a 'goodwill gesture' they would send out an engineer.

Engineer took a week to arrive and when he did he said its needs a new handle, i said yes i know. He asked where the replacement handle was, as they should have sent it out to me but they hadn't. Engineer said he'd need to order the part and return at a later date. Got an email 2 weeks later saying engineer would be out in 7 days to fit new handle... the night before he was due we got an email saying the part hadn't arrived so engineer appointment was cancelled so i phoned AO again.

Escalations dept at AO called me a week later to ask about my experience and said they'd speak to Hisense and be in touch in a few days... true to their word called back and explained the handle is out of stock and won't be in stock until nearer Christmas but gave me the option of having the whole fridge replaced... however it's out of stock!!!

We are currently waiting on a delivery date but tbh if we didn't already have the matching freezer we'd have looked at other options.

I won't buy any Hisense product again... but i'm glad to see someone have the exact same problem as us despite Hisense saying otherwise... LIARS!!!"

Door handle issue

"After a year of use the fridge is not bad. Cold top to bottom.

One down side is the door handle. I believe there is a design fault. The spring broke within a couple of months. It took Hisense ages to send a replacement. That broke in exactly the same way; not covered under warranty.

We have their freezer also which seems to have the same door handle, but that is still working fine.

Hisense need to do better."
