"This review has one star due to the issues encountered with Russell Hobbs when trying to return a very faulty fridge freezer. From the initial first plug in it simply failed to chill down, the number of hoops we had to jump through - providing pictures from every conceivable angle. Multiple factory reset. Finnally they replaced it A WEEK LATER! No fridge for a week! The replacement seems to be working. AO we're superb, I wont be buying anything else from Russell Hobbs. "

"Great size fridge freezer. This was my second choice as I had picked a taller one but the wonderful delivery men try as they might couldn’t get it up the stairs. My kitchen and lounge are one big room and the fridge freezer is very quiet so don’t notice it running. The vegetable drawer holds a large amount and keeps it really fresh. Would recommend both this fridge freezer and AO. They were great organising the replacement model. "
