Perfect

"I received my Hisense fridge freezer about a month ago and I waited until now to write my review. From day one, I loved the drawers in the freezer which allow me to see exactly what’s in there and to find and take out what I want easily my previous model included shelves which were difficult to navigate when Full.

The fridge is perfectly suited to my needs and I have noticed that things are definitely fresher and lasting longer than before. The separate zones for dairy and fruit and veg are clearly working efficiently. There is plenty of room For everything in the fridge and it’s easy to find things.

My only complaint which applies to all brands of fridge freezers is that in the 21st century we have a need for a greater capacity for frozen goods than fresh. I would’ve Preferred to have a 60-40 split in favour of freezer to fridge capacity, but this was simply not an option."

Doors and fingerprints

"A nice sized F/F that looks good and features the very handy coldwater dispenser. The only slight negative is that the doors have to be pushed closed by hand despite the instruction manual saying that a slight backward tilt when setting up will close the doors. Don't try swinging the doors closed as the contents of the door trays are likely to "dislodge".

You'll need to wipe the S/steel surfaces regularly as they pick up fingerprints easily. Otherwise....lovely jubbley!"

Great quality and size

"Great product. We chose it as we could not fit a full size American Fridge Freezer and this was the best compromise. We also wanted a ‘non plumbed’ drinks dispenser as we want to fill with mineral water rather than tap water."

Exceptional service from ao. Hisense help unsatisfactory

"Very pleased with the service we received from ao. Ordering was easy and delivery was faultless with exceptional service from delivery drivers. Unfortunately the attachment to crisper drawer and control knob wasn’t attached to drawer and not working. Email was sent to Hisense but received no reply or help."
