"This is a beautiful microwave which is awful to use. The buttons work intermittently. I had to call Sharp to set the clock because it just didn’t! Finally I achieved it after having to switch it off and back on again. I had the same problem reducing the power level, again calling Sharp. I was advised to once again switch it off and back on again, however then obviously the clock needs to be reset! I reduced the power level eventually only for it to reset to 100%during use. This ruined the cakes I was making! I called Sharp and explained how much I hated this microwave, they’ve given me a reference number so that I can return it, however with Easter AO can’t verify this, so my fingers are crossed it’ll be done on Tuesday. "
