Great hob - but make sure your pans bottoms are free of grit

Stylish, convenient, great performance
"Only used it a couple of times so far, but it’s performing way better than my previous, Hotpoint induction hob. It looks really nice and the controls are “easy”, too. It’s great to be able to simply set it to a power level, rather than pushing +/- buttons.
I had an issue on the second use however: I put a pan on the hob, and while it detected which ring the pan was on, it refused to start for some reason. When placed on the flexible zone, it was fine - so it’s not an issue with the pan! I have to read the instructions back to back again to try and determine what caused this."
