Let down by it's controls, I recommend the series 6 inductive hob
"In the end we returned the Series 4 hob and replaced with the Series 6. We didn't like the controls on the series 4, to get to full power you had to click through 1/2 step increments which is tedious and noisy. The series 6 happened to come with free Bosch inductive pans, almost negating the cost increase over the series 4. Controls on the series 6 are much better, and with home connect you can trigger compatible extraction hoods automatically."
