"We were replacing an old cooker hood with this. Easy to install. The lights are at the front and are really bright and it is not as noisy as our previous one. Great value for money. "

"The first product arrived and after two weeks started to rust under the glass pitch at the front and around the operator button panel, it became a real struggle to get AO to replace this item after I had taken delivery of it (31 days). I had to escalate several times to AO and then onto the manufacturer who said "we don't cover rust" again I had to stipulate this unit was used for 2 weeks max so any rusting of any form must be due to a manufacturing defect, again this was a complete battle with both AO and Hotpoint but in the end they decided I was a VIP and replaced it giving AO an uplift reference number, why they didn't just replace it in the first instance is a mystery and not cause me such stress !"
