"Clothes come out dry and incredibly soft but it does take longer than our old condenser dryer (but it didn’t always completely dry the clothes). Definitely an improvement, just need to allow more time."

"Upgraded from a condenser to the heat pump tumble. Drying times are approximately the same time. The heat pump doesn't give off as much condensation, which is great. Previously, I would have to open the windows when running the tumble as the windows would get steamy, but not anymore. Ive not checked the electricity usage, but we run it nearly every day, so hopefully our electricity costs come right down. Volume wise, it's not too noisy either. Overall, very happy."
