"My Hotpoint Active Care 9kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer is fabulous, it's very quiet and efficient with lots of programs to suit different fabrics. It does take slightly longer to dry a load of washing but not excessively. No more condensation issues like a traditional dehumidifier dryer as. The running cost saving is very impressive when comparing with traditional dryers.

"We bought the older model of the machine but it's still good. Downside is that the water container is at the bottom of the machine (new one it's in the door) - a pain for the elderly to bend down to empty.
Drys clothes just fine - much better that the heat pump I had to return prior to this.
