"Really happy with this, the key lock is phenomenally useful given I have a 14 month old pushing every button, the energy usage is very efficient, it's nice to have clean clothes again. Really happy and glad we stuck at Hotpoint"

"A vey nice, simple to operate machine; no wifi or other novelties, just clearly labelled controls. The Detergent drawer is sturdy and opens nicely on its hinge. The door is large and the drum seems large for a 9 kg machine, allowing the washing to move well. We tend to stick with the ECO programme for most washes. It takes quite a while, but that's not a problem. The 'full load 45 minutes' is more vigorous but works well. It's a good-looking appliance and it's super quiet, even on spin. Very impressed so far."
