"A bit different to our old Samsung microwave, but once I got used to it excellent. I love the non turntable microwaves, you can get more in it, which saves time and energy. I dowloaded the handbook and keep handy the bits instructing how to use it, but I have soon learned to manage without. It is easy to fit and keep clean, quiet and easy to use. I agree the fascia is difficult to see on a dull day, but once one knows where the buttons are it becomes less of a problem. Fully recommended."

"Initially worried about the chrome brackets inside the microwave as generally not recommended in microwave, but did not caused any sparks ;). Also, the base plate is metal ceramic not standard glass base as my previous NEFF and not caused sparks too. Amazing!!"
