Samsung is better than NEFF!
"Purchased to replace a NEFF warming drawer. The NEFF product was poorly designed and unreliable - the heater in the glass floor of the NEFF failed and rendered the unit beyond economical repair (2 brand new units were purchased in the space of 5 years). The Samsung was a drop in replacement, has no visible maker’s logo, and blends in perfectly with the other NEFF units. It is a much simpler, straightforward design and works extremely well. Hopefully, it will prove to have a long working life."

"Ok, it’s not the most exciting product only being a plate warmer tray but none the less we’re very happy with it.
It has a lovely black glass front and 2 settings and matches the Infinity Range.
