"This is a wonderful cooker. I'm absolutely delighted. There is so much space on the top for pots and such great control over temperatures. I especially like the setting (on each heated space) to set the temperature to simmer or just to keep warm after cooking or, the lowest setting, to melt butter or chocolate. Pans heat up very quickly e.g. potatoes in cold water will be boiling in about 4 minutes. The main oven has multiple settings which allow you to decide how the heat is to be applied, e.g. top heat (for browning), bottom heat (for joints of meat), with or without the fan on. It seems complicated but is actually very easy to use in practice. I know it was expensive but I am so glad that I made the decision to buy. "
