Beautiful and solid.

"Beautiful and solid piece of kit.

We've discovered that this range requires a designated 10mm wire due to the large oven, unlike the duel oven range which requires the regular 6mm. Thankfully this was discovered before our kitchen was fitted and easily rectified.

The range itself is lovely, very solid and beautiful!

I'm looking forward to getting the sliding rails for the internal racks.

I choose this range because of the large oven size after I researched the size of the ovens on both ranges. On the duel oven range the 60 is 398w x 333h x 393d and the 30 oven is 198w x 333h x 393d and were too small for me. This range has a 90 oven and it's 622w x 333h x 385d. These sizes are specified as the "usable space" in the oven by Bertazonni.

I choose this model stove over the other professional model because I preferred the knobs and front panel display aesthetics. The built in temperature gauge only shows general temperature nothing specific but stops moving upon reaching the correct temp.

They issue we had with installing this range is that it's delivered without the final feet attached and getting them on was very difficult as you cannot tilt the range to lift it so we had to be clever and slowly raise it on planks, still a very difficult task due to the weight of the range.

I'm still very pleased I picked this beautiful range.
