"Easily installed and a bonus that the water filter is inside the fridge which means no having to pull out to change. Plenty of room for what we need. Good that you have to choose what you need from the dispenser before it works at the children love to push the lever lol"

"Replacement for an almost identical one, which lasted 18 years!
Excellent product.
The existing one had a 1/4 inch water pipe. Other reviews said that the new one comes with a washing machine type hose. I phoned AO before buying and was reassured that it would have the appropriate hose. The fridge arrived. It didn't. The machine was unusable without the right hose. Phoned AO again. "we don't provide conversion connectors for this." Phoned Bosch. They don't either.
Nothing suitable apparently available on the web. Found a local very helpful plumbers merchant, who put together two connectors and the fridge is now operational.
Phoned AO to complain. Got a refund for the connection fee and the new connector.
Have bought several products from AO in the past. Not happy with their service this time. "
