Indesit ISLK66LSX 60cm Visor Cooker Hood - not a good experience

"Needs a carbon filter for re-circulation mode which is not supplied; When I called Indesit they said they do not have it in stock nor can they provide me with a part number so I could not try and source it elsewhere. Also installation instructions are VERY poor and incomplete; and the screws they provide do not fit the thread! So cannot comment on the hoods operation as not able to use it yet!"

Not all that it seems..

"Doesn't come with what you actually need to fit it. But barely mentions that in the listing. If you wish for it to be ducted else where, you need to buy an adapter kit.

And if you want to have it recirculating, you need a carbon filter for it, which is impossible to find, no part number is written anywhere I have looked. I've just bought an 'indesit fitting' filter from Amazon that low-and-behold, doesn't fit. AO doesn't sell them (or at least I can't find one) so no I need to ring up customer service and find exactly which version I need.

I'm sure once I have all the necessary parts it will be great, but should it really be this convoluted??"
