"Wine cooler has been running a week now, dual temps for top and bottom of unit. Keeps everything cool as it should, easy controls. About 6 pages of instructions, so not difficult to set up.
We already had the same make tall freezer, which swayed us to buy this item and certainly not disappointed with it.

Great fridge, why the WiFi?
"Great wine cooler, exactly as described. The fifth shelf isnt a shelf, its
designed to sit on the bottom of the cooler and not be suspended. Don't understand the WiFi connectivity as the app handles the wine collection and doesnt need to connect to the fridge. Has since deleted the app anyway "

Functional and classy
"I have been using the Haier HWS42GDAU1 wine cooler for few weeks now.
As far as I can tell, it keeps the temperature at the set value consistently and it's reasonably energy efficient (although it is definitely not among the most efficient appliances that you can buy).
Capacity is good and it' easy to store the bottles as per supplied instructions.
The only defect is an occasional gurgle noise coming from the compressor, but it last only a couple of seconds and overall the cooler is very quiet.
The internal lights that switch on when the door is opened (or manually using a touch panel), along with the dark colour of the wine cooler are a nice touch and create a classy atmosphere which pairs well with the bottles inside.
For the experience so far, i would definitely recommend this product. "
