Replacement Washer
"This was a replacement appliance arranged by the manufacturer as the old one had been repaired three times under warranty for the same fault in 12 months. As this was a warranty replacement I would have expected the delivery guys to install the replacement machine and take away the packaging - this did not happen and the delivery guys said they were unable to as they had not been told to by AO. Its a good job I was able to install myself and I did not have to pay someone to do it. I commented on this to AO and so far have not even had an acknowledgment."

"Early days yet but it seems very good - very quiet when not spinning. Seems well made, certainly looks very smart. Easy and clear controls although the manual is a bit thin on detail in places.
Matches our kitchen very nicely and looks very modern. Love the internal light. Not been able to assess the drying capability yet, but for the price, we're very pleased so far."

"Lovely machine so far. Quiet compared to my old one even on spin, cleans well, and great capacity. Drying isn't as quick or efficient as a standalone dryer, but as the option given my space constraints was a washer dryer or no dryer at all, it's a no brainer! Looks great too."
