Hoover, never again

"The 1st machine was faulty, AO changed it within 24 hours to the same machine how I wish I’d chosen a different make. The second machine was clunky every few seconds when letting water in so had a Hoover engineer come and look. He changed a part (only on my insistence) and said it was the pipes he also said the water pressure needed turning down to the machine, which he did.(We had the same machine previously only an older model with no issues.) The machine then had a fault which turns out not enough water getting into the machine, so phoned AO who got in touch with hoover who sent a second engineer out, the water pressure was turned down too far, in fact almost off, I also told this engineer I couldn’t get the coin trap open without using a thin sharp knife to open it, he said oh that’s fine that’s what I have to do!!. He Said about the clunking when water goes in it’s the pipes grrrr no it’s not it’s the machine. He was more interested in getting me to buy anti scale product from him. So phoned AO again who got Hoover on the phone after some explains and being told that doesn’t sound right he agreed to get the machine uplifted by AO. I’ve now got a new machine not Hoover which doesn’t make any clunking sounds when filling and doesn’t shake the pipes.

Not impressed, poor quality.

"Only had this for a day and already not impressed. The included hoses are very short compared with the LG washing machine this has replaced. The door hinge is made of some very flimsy plastic that doesn't look or feel like it will last long and the app is a buggy, laggy mess. The overall build quality is really poor for a washing machine in this price range.

To top it off, the first wash cycle completed just fine and as expected. However, the second wash has thrown up two(!) separate error codes. Not impressed at all so far."
