"Great, good value washing machine. Set up and controls are easy to use, the child lock is very useful for those with small kids, and it’s very quiet. We haven’t yet connected it to WiFi and used the app as we haven’t found it necessary. Haier could make it easier to register for the extended parts warranty, but can’t fault the machine itself. "

"Nice clean lines and adequate program selection. Quiet operation but haven't yet tried some of the shorter cycles so hard to judge how energy efficient it is. Could benefit from some small wheels on the bottom to make manoeuvring it into position easier."

"Excellent service with great communication about when item would be delivered. My wife raves about the new machine being so much better than our old one. Washing programmes are varied and excellent. Also has a weighing function to identify the best wash cycle. No hesitation in using the company again. "

Pretty good but has a few niggles
"Generally pretty good. A few niggles but nothing major. 1/ way too easy to turn the machine off mid-cycle by my leg resting on the power touch button when getting mugs out of the cupboard above! 2/ loads of cycles but none have that great mix of my ideal temperature, spin speed and duration. 3/ does vibrate quite a bit despite being direct-drive.
Does look great. Clothes are clean and smell nice."
