Rubber seal broke within 2 weeks
"The washing machine does the job. The timer is more accurate than our previous one which is appreciated.
Unfortunately within two weeks of delivery a chunk of the rubber seal randomly fell off.
Currently waiting for Haier to send an engineer to fix it within the manufacturers warranty.
Multiple attempts from both AO and Haier to make us hand over more money for additional insurance has been hugely frustrating."

Nice washing machine.
"Machine works very well and is very low noise. Easy to install. Very smart in appearance. If pressed for for any negative comment I would say I would prefer if the fast wash was set with the max 1400 RPM spin. You have to set the speed to a faster spin or clothes come out too wet and will not tumble dry easily. As long as you remember to change the speed it's fine although it does increase the time. Lost a star for this reason. "
