We like this fridge freezer

"I considered dropping a star because the instruction manual was missing and I was unable, in the first few days, to see anything other than the safety manual so a nuisance as we had to set up the fridge without it. Fortunately the AO delivery man had said to let it settle for 4 hours before plugging in and I thought to wipe it out once all the internal packaging had been removed with a microfibre cloth rung in water.

I eventually discovered the instruction Manual on Haier Europe site ( after several phone calls calls to Haier and AO , both for that and for how to register the extended guarantee). The manual, I later found, advised to wash it out with mild detergent and water. I switched it on and left it overnight before I put any food in so erred on the side of caution which was good.

The only problem we are left with is we can’t get the WiFi to connect. I am waiting for Haier to get back to me on that.

However, we have had it a week now, and aside from those technical issues, we think it is brilliant.

Food seems to be storing much better than in our previous fridge, vegetables and salad keeping crisp and fresh, freezer is more spacious than it looks and the fridge is like a tardis ( plenty of space). I found that white wine comes out at a perfect temperature and the wine bottle rack a good idea hanging below a shelf so saving space.

The price was competitive. Overall we are pleased with our purchase."
