"Can take longer to dry than a vented dryer, but it leaks less moist air into the room, so overall it's good. In the long run it should pay back the higher cost due to energy savings. "

Excellent choice for busy families

"Great tumble dryer for a busy family with lots of laundry. Quick and efficient, affordable to run and a useful companion app for choosing the correct programme for the load. Seems to generate less condensation than my previous heat pump tumble dryer as well. Highly recommend."

Not overly impressed

"The door was cracked on delivery, I contacted AO and not received a reply as of yet and I'm yet to find a setting that dries in one cycle. I'm not overly impressed for the money it costs and I wish I'd stuck to what I know. "

Great Dryer!

"We love this tumble dryer. It is super efficient and is what we needed for our homeless hub to continue washing and drying the clothes for the homeless. The shortest time to dry clothes in this tumble dryer is a little lengthy, however we knew it would be due to it being a heat pump dryer.

All in all a great product!"

Excellent value dryer

"I bought this to replace my old Bosch dryer, and chose it on the basis of its capacity, energy rating and price. So far, I'm very pleased with it. I'm still working out what the different programmes do (so I'm yet to find if it has a short 'freshen up' programme that my old dryer had). But it's got great capacity, and I love how easy it is to see the water level and empty the container. Apart from a slightly alarming 'grunting' noise when it first starts, it runs really quietly. The only reason I haven't given it five stars is because even on the driest setting, the clothes still feel slightly damp when they come out of the machine, so need to be aired for ten minutes or so before putting them away or wearing them. But on the whole, I'm delighted with my purchase."
