Smeg lack of backup
"Looks great but having a lot of trouble with the venting. rang smeg and passed all around the houses no one could help except to offer to send engineer out to check if it had been fitted correctly if not there would be a charge to me. It looks correct. The vent is very good but mine sends all the smoke and fumes into my kitchen with no filtering happening. Not what I spent so much money for. Bought for its environmental credentials. If I have to vent outside that’s gone!"

"I’ve only been using it for a week but so far I’m very happy. Heats up instantly and looks very smart. Only slight criticism is that the down venting extractor doesn’t suck all the steam down on the top setting, but I guess no extractor takes away 100% of what you produce in cooking."

"Great product, easy to use and lots of really useful features like timing each individual hob and automatic fan. Highly recommend, just make sure if you are using in an island you are aware that you will also need a recirculation kit which is an additional cost."
