I must be missing something with this oven

"Compared to the other reviews, I am not getting on with oven at all. Maybe I'm missing something.

It came with one shelf and a tray where you can put the two together to make a grill pan but I can't get them safely in and out of the oven together.

If I follow the cooking instructions on food packaging the food is over cooked to the point where I went out and bought an in oven thermometer. The temperature is there or there abouts so no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I have no idea what's going on with the grill or what temperature setting to use, there's no separate temperature such low medium or high.

I think both the oven and the grill take too long to heat up.

I had a Bosch oven previously and never had any of these issues.

I didn't think using an oven/grill could be so confusing."

"Good volume of space inside the oven. Light is nice and bright to see what’s cooking - although it does flicker. The touch sensitive panel isn’t the easiest thing to use and it would have been nice to have two shelves like in my old oven.

The biggest downside is grill, it just isn’t powerful at all, even at its highest setting."
